Lacey’s Velvet. The most beautiful soul we had the absolute pleasure of calling ours. This mare was kind, gentle, patient, brave and loyal. She taught our daughter everything she knows and was truly her best friend in the world. They formed a bond that is rare and special and incredibly rewarding to watch as it grew greater each day. It was an honour to be in her presence. From the moment our eyes met, we knew she was meant to be in our lives and we will forever be grateful that we got to say she was ours. She really was in our daughters words ‘the goodest girly’ and we only wish the wonderful time we had together was longer.
